Probably not. What they’re hoping for is a quick (and cheap, relatively speaking), settlement.
I for one would NOT want to grab one of Trumps security guys from behind. I’m sure they’re the best money can buy and I bet they’re better shots than the secret service.

You miss the point the suit in question is NOT meant to mean settling a legitimate dispute; but creating adverse publicity and legal expense. Everything is now a question of fact which will go to a jury-even a lie-which creates massive legal bills. Questions of law are practically dead.
