Wow, Yahoo reports Erica and Deb seem ecstatic at this fascist victory.

“Give us the House” they said. So we gave them the House in 2010. “We need the Senate”. So we gave them the Senate in 2014. How is it we have a MAJORITY in BOTH house of Congress and we can’t do diddleysquat to stop this crap?

We had the House, Senate AND White House from 2000 - 2006. We didn't get anything but Part D, the so called "Patriot" Act, and the beginning of the "too big to fail / bailout" policy begun under Bush and greatly expanded under obola. I think the proper question is, what good is the GOP? The answer is easy: NONE. The GOP is dead. We now need Trump to put the finishing touches on its destruction and Cruz to rebuild it properly.

Since this is legislation, not a treaty, doesn’t it have to make it through the House also?

It’s legacy-making, all right. Just like Munich.

And like Obamcare they will own this. So in a few short months or years when Iran has nukes, we will know who to blame.

And which Democrat will have the cojones to confront Iran if they do violate the agreement? Not Obama, not Hillary, not the Democrats. Just remember Iraq and the 17 UN resolutions and shooting at our fighters and still the Democrats whine about the war and blame Bush.

No, the agreement goes into effect automatically on September 17. The House is raising the issue that since they have not received the entire agreement as required in Corker-Cardin, the 60 day clock has not started ticking. Therefore, the Congress-imposed sanctions cannot be lifted on September 17.

No doubt Obama will lift them and then the GOP controlled Congress must decide what to do about it.

Yeah, a hell of lot that does for anyone. The GOPe is more concerned about who gets the blame than winning on a issue. Losers.

Chamberlain was still a British patriot who thought (wrongly) that he was doing the right thing for his country. I think he went on to serve in Churchill's wartime cabinet

Obama, on the other hand, doesn't much care for the USA (he flat out hates unhyphenated Americans and "middle America"), and has no problem with policies that weaken or endanger the country. His real loyalties are to hard-left ideologies and to the "global community (particularly the Muslim parts).

No.

Chamberlain was actually on the side of the UK and doing what he thought best. He was simply wrong, admitted it, did the best he could to make up for it, then transferred power to Churchill and died of cancer.

Obama is NOT on the side of the US and is deliberately undermining US power and influence. It would be like having a Nazi sympathizer negotiating with the Germans.
