Ambassador Stevens was acting as a CIA agent,they were vetting Alqueda moderates,arming them and sending them to Syria to oust assad

Did your illicit use of private email, instead of the State Department email, slow rescue response for Ambassador Stevens and cause his loss of life? Why were those former SEALS stalled at the annex and prevented from rescuing Stevens?
