Old Hollywood Squares panel had Charlie Weaver on it. The question was if abstaining from sex for 20 years could be bad for you (the answer was yes) and he replied, “Ask me again next Thursday (or something of the sort).
Abstinence education is “unrealistic” and so adults actually FACILITATE sex saying that at least it’s safer. Funny that the same adults don’t seem to have the same mentality with respect to underage drinking. Kinda makes you think they’re full of crap.

I’d be in a wheel chair or dead without bio identical hormones...yeah...menopause aged me so fast...docs thought it was rheumatoid arthritis. ..I knew it wasn’t. But as another freeper said...hormones must be transdermal NOT oral. Oral hormones are a health issue for women.

Women are indeed living longer and I think more vibrant and sexual than 75 years ago as in life past 50
These hormones are critical in those August to September years unless one is lucky enough to be very late menopausal
My wife is 51 and with kids from 8-15
She acts and feels no different than a 35 year old to me so why should she let herself get old feeling just yet

I’m the same age as your wife, wardaddy. So far no signs of menopause, but it will have to come eventually...and this is good information with which to be armed.
I can identify with your wife, though. I feel young, I’m told I look considerably younger than my age, and I’m in no hurry to rush the process. Vain, maybe...female, definitely.

It’s not just that the oral pills are ineffective...it’s that I believe they are proven to cause health problems, ie heart, cancer...your wife is smart...
