Even the incompetent ones?
People need to understand the outsourcing history at Disney. Their IT organization was largely incompetent, which resulted in it getting outsourced. No CTO worth their salt us going to replace a department that is performing well.
I don’t care how allegedly “incompetent” the IT staff was at Disney.
I guarantee you when they are replaced by cheaper Indian labor, those fired Americans on the unemployment line, will look like MENSA scholars compared to the really incompetent Indians they hired to take their place.
But many of the Americans will be struggling, looking for a job, depleting their savings and getting government assistance. Who do you think will pay for that? The Indian government or you and I at the end of the day?
America should look out for Americans first. Period.
