What will you say when Apple buys them?
Buys who? Yota? It will never happen. Incidentally, Apple has a patent on a double screened cellular phone applied for back in 2008 and granted in 2010 which I saw on Patently Apple some time back. Apple hasn't used for that design for obvious reasons. They also haven't bothered to send a cease-and-desist letter to Yota as far as I know, even though they have a patent on the design and certainly could demand they license the patent. Perhaps they are not because there is a distinction in that Yota's design uses two different kinds of screen and that is sufficient to be a new invention under patent law. . . so long as they cite Apple's precedence with their two sided cellular patent.
Frankly, I think both patents could be validity challenged on grounds of either obviousness or prior art, showing numerous flip phones with secondary screens on the outside of the flip lid showing data about what is available if one opens the phone. . . or even independent data.
