I have to get up at 2 AM to go take a leak. I seem to remember a time when the darn thing had something else to do at 2 AM.
The problem with the high fat, low carb diet is that a small amount of food satisfies me so completely, I am not hungry again until the next day. I haven’t been able to enjoy that “so bloated I can’t move” coma for months. I am dropping so many inches I am going to have to spend money for more clothes or safety pins and belts.
