iPhone 4 came out in 2010!
Shoot, the GE CFL light bulbs I bought a year and a half ago are no longer being made as I found out when I went to order some more.
How do I get me some money for having to buy something better and cheaper now that they no longer make my model of light bulb?
The suit is about the iPhone 4s model which came out October 11, 2011, replacing the iPhone 4. But previous suits were filed for the same issue for the 4, the 3Gs and the 3G and 3 before that when later versions of the operating systems couldn't run as fast on their hardware. . . and suits were filed when Apple block users from installing later operating systems on older phones incapable of running that OS because it didn't have the correct hardware as well. Same reasoning. Apple should have known in advance the future capabilities of yet to be developed hardware and anticipated it in existing hardware!
