I don't think titles impress me as much as they impress you.

It has nothing to do with titles, only accomplishment. Solicitors General and Supreme Court justices actually practice constitutional law at the highest level.

Paul Clement is a widely respected constitutional lawyer with real life chops, and the fact that his piece was published in the Harvard Law Review doesn't affect the validity of his legal opinion.

Just because you don't agree with an opinion doesn't mean it isn't consistent with the Constitution.
