Officials say Luebke was found frozen in front of a home.
According to the medical examiner's report, Luebke "was reportedly in the area for a concert, and following the concert, a house party near the location from where she was found."
The report indicates the woman "was not dressed for the elements and noted to be frozen."
The report also says just before 4:30 a.m., a surveillance camera in the neighborhood "noted the decedent to collapse" at the address where she was found.

Her mom was right after all
I’m guessing she had plenty of “anti-freeze” in her blood.
But that doesn’t keep one from freezing to death.
She can still vote Dem.
Binge drinking can lead to stupid acts.
There but for the Grace of God....
Clicked the link and yep. I was right.
She was loaded.
Pretty girl, such a waste. What ever happened to people looking out for each other when they drink? The current generational crop is defective in far too many ways.
She had a choice, head for the hot tube or go and make a snow angel. Bad choice. When you are wearing no clothes, the hot tub is the way to go.
What a shame.
Darwin rules.
After she stormed out, nobody looked for her?
Newsflash: Hotpants won’t protect you from cold.
It’s a sad loss for her family, but who hasn’t seen young people outside in cold weather improperly dressed? Last week I watched a kid shoveling snow in shorts. They are idiots and their parents are bigger idiots for not insisting they learn common sense and that some things trump pop fashion trends.
Wow...kdvr.com...appropriate name for station reporting her dead body
Wrong situation to go off the wagon.
Was she an area resident or visiting from Florida or south Texas? That, along with alcohol might explain it.
Visiting from Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
