I have an Amazon Chase card and I have never had any problems with it. I only use it for Amazon orders and therefore know exactly what the balance is at any given time. I pay it in full before the due date using my Bill Payer.

You know that you get 3% of the Amazon purchase price in credit that can be used at Amazon? And they also tack on an extra year of warranty on electronic items.

Oh, I forgot about that! I give my 1% to children’s cancer research. It was fun “shopping” for a charity.

That works the other way, too.

Friday, I ordered a CD and chose to have it shipped regular delivery (5-7 business days) instead of 2 day delivery (thus getting a $1 credit for music downloads).

Then, Saturday morning I ordered something else and chose 2 day delivery.

Amazon combined the orders and I received both of them yesterday.

For a mere $99 an year they collect all of your purchasing preferences, viewing habits, and sell that metadata to advertisers

I give my 1% to children’s cancer research.....What does it’s CEO and support staff eat up out of it’s entire rake in? Not being snarky. I gave up on almost all Vets associations, Nat. Cancer Research, anything with UN in it’s headline and all I MIGHT give to is Salvation Army.

No, all books are not available but there is a wide selection.

I’m waiting for the drone service to totally eliminate the horrible delivery services.

Just had it show up on my credit card this weekend - but I sure never recall placing a positive order for it

I like The Blacklist on Amazon Prime. It plays on one of the TV stations but the current episode is on the next day on Prime with no commercials

One of my favorites and it added a whole new twist last episode, just keeps getting better.

Well, I can’t say the same.
Once? Eh!
Twice? They’re outta here!

Plus, a bill this past Saturday from November (paid in the first week of December) showing an outstanding balance when this past Saturday was 23Jan16?

Yes, I’m aware of the perks.
I HONESTLY believe Amazaon Chase was trying to incur late charges as I always pay my charge card bills in full.
Hence, the word “Charge” card.

You see, I’m considered a “deadbeat” by credit card issuers. A “deadbeat” is someone who pays their bill in FULL month after month.

I don’t step foot into a retail store from Thanksgiving through New Years, thanks to Amazon Prime. It is worth the price just for that!

I LOVE amazon prime. been a “member” from almost day one. pays for itself for me in a couple of weeks i buy so much stuff from them for myself and my business. really cool thing is you can send also use it to send free 2-day shipping to basically unlimited number of other people.

i like amazon anyway because their customer service is nearly unparalleled in quality. I rarely have to send stuff back because i try to research really carefully, but sometimes I do, and there’s NEVER a problem.

whenever shipping is late, i call up and get a free month of prime added on.

“All of a sudden it’s taking four or five days to get things that are supposed to be here in 2. I haven’t been able to figure out why I’m paying $99 a year for something I’m not getting.”

whenever shipping is late, i call up and request that a free month of prime is added on.

I do have Prime, but take Rx omeprazole delayed release (40mg) which seems to be much more effective for some reason than two of the OTC 20mg products. Of the retail capsules/tablets, omeprazole magnesium seems to be much better absorbed than straight omeprazole. I also get famotidine from India (almost free) as a backup.

The free video service alone can replace Netflix/cable. Free shipping. It’s a no-brainer for me.

Bought a 12 foot stepladder on Amazon Prime last year....for less than it would cost at the local home improvement store, and delivered to the house without the need to rent or borrow a truck. It paid for itself several times over for me.
