Make restitution for sharing a story that was on the news? The Cruz campaign did not give the story to CNN, Carson did. The Cruz campaign did not get the story wrong, CNN did. The only thing the Cruz campaign did was share the story with caucus voters. If they had known the story was false at the time, then maybe restitution would be appropriate. But if anyone would owe the Carson camp restitution, it would be CNN for broadcasting false information - not the Cruz campaign for sharing information they believed to be true.

What you are seeing are the compression artifacts from an over-compressed JPEG image. If you have black next to white, like this text, and you super compress the file size, areas where the two extremes touch will “average” and become a shade of gray. You often see this as a “noisy halo” effect around items in photos.
Places far enough from the lines of text remain white. Likely what you are seeing is a compressed pic that was copied and compressed again.
I was at a caucus last night. Ted Cruz spoke at my caucus last night. He said nothing about this, and I heard nothing about this until I got home later and saw it here on FR. And I was at my caucus for over 2 hours - long after most had left.
Who is Spence Rogers .. does anybody know who he is .. and where did he last work ..??
The line about “an announcement” .. I never saw any information regarding some announcement.
So, if Spence made that part up .. then maybe he needs to be removed from email duty.

You know what? If Trump had sent out shaming letters and then the dirty trix email on Carson everyone would be screaming for his head on a platter. But Cruz being the son of the preacher man gets a pass. Whats wrong with that picture.?

The problem is that other than the people who already support him, most people are already tuning out Trump when he goes on his tirades attacking people.
Equivocation. When Ted pulls nasty hack moves like he did this week and caucus night it’s ok??
