You sound like a typical union steward now...Higher wages is not a guarantee of a better work ethic, that's been proven in both the auto industry and our school systems........
You either want to work and do your best, or you don't, there's no acceptable in between.
And by the way, we're talking about a family owned restaurant here, not a tech giant. The jobs she's offering are entry level jobs for young people which don't require skills and certainly not worth paying $25 an hour as you are suggesting.......
