We need to completely get rid of ALL farm subsidies. It has destroyed the average farmer while benefiting only corporations and those who “game” the system. Spoken from an Iowan who sees it with my own eyes!
I didn’t hear “you’re stupid,” “loser,” or the “F” bomb. It was like a parent talking to a child and then the ultimatum.

End ALL subsides. But it will not happen until the gubmint is bloated.
It gets bloated because there are “good” subsidies and there are bad subsidies. This circular logic prevents the subsidies and also causes the gubmint growth.
The reality is that ALL subsidies are bad, because they are not freemarket solutions.

Over the past several weeks I have tilted towards Cruz. This interview certainly reinforces that opinion. I wish he could communicate that well in speeches, candidly.
Ted Cruz gave a reasoned and detailed response. Compare that with Trump, who can’t construct a sentence without a profanity.

Yep, power and influence for the Executive/Federal bureaucracy, Congress/career politicians, and lobbyists.
“If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. If it stops moving, subsidize it.”
What is best about Cruz and most impressive is his support for a pathway to legalization for all the invaders, except of course for deporting felons, those who are “caught”.
He is so sympathetic toward people, prays and everything.
He does give detailed explanations that make sense. He said the American people are for a pathway to legalization. He would certainly know, because he would have checked that out.

Ethanol farmers are among the biggest welfare recipients out there. ADM has their fingers in nearly every aspect of the federal bureaucracy. End ethanol mandates and subsidies. Ethanol is for drinking and corn is for eating.
Ethanol doesn’t matter to 99.99% of the population.

Wow, Ted has “long term attachments to Canada”, right up to 15 months ago. Yikes.
Mrs. Cruz made a lot of bad choices, it seems to me, and it makes no sense to me that if she was married to Mr. Cruz, why use the name of ex-husband Wilson, on Ted’s birth certificate?
I never knew having a mother who was born in America was enough to explain away her Canadian citizenship, her Cuban husband, also a Canadian citizen, and her Canadian son, and still make that Canadian son a Natural Born American citizen.
Naturalized, upon request, yes. But Natural Born? I don’t get the new definitions.
