my can be triggered simply by moving my head to fast in any direction. there are eye-movement exercises that help, but things like that spinning spiral post are terrible to behold for me.

My wife loves to rock my grandson in the rocking chair, I can not watch her do so, because my vertigo will be triggered.

Vertigo seems to be a common complaint these days. So sorry to hear yours (vertigo episodes) are so disruptive. I’ve had random attacks since the 90’s, seem to be triggered by stress, fluctuating barometers (wind drives me bonkers), loud noise, rapid motion, etc. Possibly related to migraine or meniere’s disease. Hope you find relief - take care.
