That's the object of recess appointments....giving them the job without senate confirmation.

But a recess appointment carries limitations....which I would have to look up....

SCOTUS ruled on this in the NLRB case that Obama lost. As long as the Senate stays in session like it did to stop NLRB appointments like Obama made anyway, they are void.

The Senate decides when it is in recess. Not our Imam in Chief or any real President either.

With the spineless Rino’s in the Senate, Obama will get what ever he wants. It still burns me for every Republican that voted to confirm Loretta Lynch for AG who in all probability won’t touch Hillary Clinton no matter how many separate investigations she is presented with from the FBI with suggestions to indict, just my lowly opinion.
