Same problems here in south Jersey - total block of channels from about 30 to 200 out for over an hour - no reply to phone calls, no response to internet requests - disgraceful, especially after their bill just went up six dollars last month (and they cut two channels from the lineup) - but hey, somebody has to pay for that grand skyscraper they just built in Philadelphia.....
I was actually referring to Internet service, not TV. My bad on that one. I should have specified what I was talking about.
