Centurylink has been running at about 25% if advertised DSL speed for a couple years now and still charge full price.

Here in Delaware my Daughter has Comcast. She is experiencing screen freezes and can't get certain channels. My FIOS is working fine.

I have to say my CenturyLink DSL is everything I pay for. Almost always 10 mbit, no major outage in 5 years.

Started about 10:30 here near Pittsburgh PA. Cable TV only for me. Some channels are working. Internet and phone fine.

My favorite comment is from a Bernie supporter posting in all caps. He blames it on evil corporations and claims Obama didn’t go far enough. Bernie will fix it and we’ll all be drinking rainbow stew with a silver spoon underneath a sky of blue.
