Step-Daughter had a run in this AM on the way to get Mama and go to work. She was coming up NC 3 from Kannapolis and had a car with 2 of the zeros sons in it tailgating Her till they got into Mooresville just past DEI HQ when they got by the new Wally World grocery only store and She went to turn left and the punks cut Her off and stopped, blocking the road. The driver opened the door and hung 1/2 way out flashing Her the Peace sign and then took off.

She snapped his pic with phone and also got the Plate as well. Called the PD and reported it. She picked up Mama and got a call back from PD to meet with them so they met at one of DEI’s old shops just around the corner from Our house that houses a 6 Post Chassis Machine and some other large spendy rigs that get rented by the hour and the Cop told them that the Plate was from TN and expired and the car was a rental (wanna bet it’s stolen?)they were also informed that this is an increasing trend in the M’ville/Kannapolis/Concord area and so far nobody has been willing to file & press charges and go to Court and would She be willing to do so?

She replied “HELL YES!!! these punks are going to hurt/kill somebody at this rate.”

I told Her to start packing the Glock .40, She says I have to get a CCW 1st. I informed Her not so in NC. We have Open Carry and She can have it on the Passenger seat in plain sight and be legal. Don’t know if She will but I’m Praying She does. So please add Her safety and that option to Your Prayer List if Y’All don’t mind. I also Pray that if needed She will follow through with the task and not lock up in fear/indecision on to shoot or not.

Good advice. I carry whenever I can and also have a car rifle with extra mags (AK47 and extra 30 and 40 rnd mags). Who knows when or if they will be assaulted in a traffic stoppage terrorist hit or BLM assault. I my go down, but I plan on taking as many evil doers with me as I can.

I’m imaging Her stepping out of the car and slipping the Buttstock of an AK smoothly to Her shoulder and drawing a bead on the punks watching their eyes get big as they piss and dump a load in their pants!

I’d bet She would probably use a line like Dirty Harry asking “Do you feel lucky, punk ?” And then in all this excitement I can’t remember if I loaded the API or just the Hollow Point Rounds in this Mag and if it’s the 30 or 40 rounder.

That's exactly what PD told Jack at our Vintage Hardware Store last year when the gang punks from CLT were sending the new "recruits" for initiations having them do "rob & runs" at small Biz here.

PD also added You can count on any 12 around here. With a big grin.

We also just had a Life Saver for Me open up a few doors from Jack. Now if i need a quick fix I can get one.

I can park in Jacks 20+ car garage in the back, get My stuff there go out the front door turn right and there is Pie in the Sky (one of Jr's fav places, not sure how often Amy lets Him go anymore since she seems to be trying to turn Him into a fish via Sushi), DMV Tax & Plate Office if needed, the Bank, The Coffee Shop, some other shop I can't remember and then

REAL BBQ!!!!

Update on title sponsorship search: As NASCAR's Chase for the Sprint Cup playoffs head toward the championship race next month in Homestead, the sanctioning body is in a race of its own - to find a replacement for series title sponsor Sprint. The Sports Business Journal reported Monday that NASCAR chief operating officer Brent Dewar says the sanctioning body is talking with multiple companies, and that those talks are at "an advanced stage." "We know how to handle complexity and meet deadlines, and this is no different," Dewar told SBJ. Yet Dewar said there is no rush to fill the void. The 2017 season begins in early February. "It's much more important we have the right partner than to meet a self-imposed deadline," Dewar told the paper.(Sporting News)
AND: Not having a new sponsor named yet has impacted at least one NASCAR partner, Lionel NASCAR Collectibles. Instead of having the new entitlement sponsor emblazoned on 2017 diecasts ready for the Daytona 500, the company will have a NASCAR logo instead, [SBJ's Adam] Stern noted.(11-1-2016)

Robert Yates battling liver cancer: Doug Yates tweeted Monday afternoon, "My dad @robertyates28 was diagnosed w liver cancer, treatment starts today. Thank you for the thoughts and prayers!"
Robert Yates started in NASCAR as an engine builder before becoming a Sprint Cup team owner from 1989-2007. He was a 2017 NASCAR Hall of Fame nominee.(10-31-2016)

Trump-Pence on the #55 at Texas: Premium Motorsports [#55 & #98] posted images to their Facebook page of the #55 being prepared for this weekend's race at Texas Motor Speedway, wrapped in support of the Trump-Pence Presidential campaign. Reed Sorenson will drive the car. There was no mention of the #98 team, which was withdrawn from the field last weekend at Martinsville. Hamlin could set a record for speeding penalties: #11-Denny Hamlin is one pit road speeding penalty away from tying the mark for the most in a season in the past 10 years. Hamlin, who is among the drivers still eligible for the championship, has been penalized 10 times for speeding on pit road this year. Over the last 10 years, only Ryan Newman and David Gilliland have had more penalties for speeding on pit road in a season, according to Racing Insights Inc. Newman had 11 in 2008; Gilliland had 11 in 2012. Hamlin could tie - or top the mark - this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. He was caught speeding on pit road in this race a year ago. Six drivers - #16-Biffle, #42-Larson, #27-Menard, #31-Newman, #23-Ragan, and #17-Stenhouse, Jr. - have each been caught 7 times this season.(11-3-2016)

Practice delayed due to rain: Two practice sessions were scheduled for the Trucks at Texas Motor Speedway on Thursday, but rain moved in prior to the start. After a prolonged attempt to dry the track, NASCAR was unsuccessful. There will now be a lone practice session on Friday, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM e/t.(11-3-2016)
