The neighbors used to complain about our dog howling or we had a really bad garage band. It was nothing but the wind hitting a corner of the house. It was crazy loud weird sounds similar to the video.

My theory: radio outburst from Jupiter or Saturn.
But I’d have to see where the moon was on that transit in relation to the outer planets.
Not too long ago, there was an article about radios on earth picking up a loudish outburst from one of the gas giants.

Yeah...the recordings are of something...but not what I'd label as "music".
It sounds more like naturally occurring radio signals...possibly from Jupiter or elsewhere. The cosmos is full of that stuff.
