I told my son and husband about your table partners at the dinner.... my son asked if you told Speaker Ryan that you were disappointed in him? lol I replied that your husband was probably itching to say something but refrained since it was a school event and not political. But I figured there was a lot of “looks” between the two of you all night! ;^)

And just think how quickly it would clean up all the cities by getting rid of the overcrowding, crime, etc-we’d even save money on law enforcement, because the gang bangers and illegals wouldn’t live here in a place where everyone is armed-most of us already are anyway-if they didn’t have a Lonestar card and a welfare check any more-I think it would be great...
I laugh at most liberals I know who whine about the race relations in “the south”, as if they don’t have any issues in the north...but when I look at where those liberals live, amazingly, they live in 97% white towns, with good schools and low crime rates. None of them choose to live in urban locations or diverse neighborhoods.....

Nice day here. I was out with a short sleeve shirt and sweater till after dark. Cool, but not windy today. Really sunny for the frozen tundra. Tonight was Bible study for me, so I took advantage and ate out. Got the cheap steak at the Texas Roadhouse early bird special and enjoyed my kindle. I downloaded that kooky Canadian author that makes me laugh. Got home in time to see Ellen’s Design Challenge with my SIL. Perfect day.
Was listening to Mark Levin tonight. Boy was he on a rant about FOX.....FOX has been badmouthing Cruz and playing up Rubio. Then to prove Rubio was unpopular he was taking callers one after another who were disgusted with Rubio. I was laughing.
We’ve got several Hobby Lobby stores in the DFW area, so we’re good.
Congratulations on your victory. My husband “showed up” in traffic court on a bogus charge once in an adjacent town in TX and ended up paying the fines for everyone whose cases were dismissed, or had their fines drastically reduced, as he was the “outsider” and had the temerity to wear a suit when everyone else was in dungarees.
Another time in the ill-named Liberty, KS he was driving back to school at Northwestern with 2 friends when they were caught in a speed trap. They all were held in jail overnight. The judge asked how much money they had amongst them and collected it all, leaving them only enough for gas money to get to IL. Gas was 25 cents a gal. in those days, so he didn’t leave them much. No credit cards in those days either.
