I was furious when Trump backed Romney over Gingrich but voted for Romney anyway. Today I see he is every bit the sellout that the other RNC pols are. He disgusts me.

negative. It was a failed attempt to derail the Trump train so power wouldn’t shift away from the senate and the donor/crony class. It was another Romney failure in a long list of Romney failures.

Romney made that speech for one reason and one reason only:
To set himself up as a replacement candidate in case there is a brokered convention.
trump and romney are both a part of the donor class. have a long history with each other. maybe I’ve watched too many House of Cards(UK version). the purpose of romney’s speech didn’t make any sense too me so last resort thougt, romney knows this will help trump a guy he really wants to win but knows if he endorses him it will make trump an insiders insider.
