I still think Kasich would be a good VP choice. He’s got the insider legislative experience that would help get bills through Congress, he’s got executive experience as Governor, and he’s an opposite personality type that would balance out Trump for those who need that. And don’t kid yourself, at his age and position in life, if he were offered the VP slot he would become Trump’s biggest fan in milliseconds.

Chris Wallace took over for Kelly...That one stretch, Wallace was like HE was debating instead of the candidates...Shameful, unprofessional, disgusting...
Just goes to show you why the RNC has earned the name “The Stupid Party” and Fawkes Noose helps them reinforce it.
I only caught the last 45 minutes of it, but what I did hear, when they were talking about policy; what they would do if elected, they all had answers that I thought were good (Whether I believed them is a different discussion.)
But when they were led into personal attacks on Trump by the ‘moderators’ they lost whatever credibility they earned when discussing policy.
No one won this debate. EVERYONE lost. (Including ‘We the People”

Cruz did okay but I'm disappointed that he has apparently leagued himself with the GOPe and teamed up with Rubio and Romney to take Trump down. Now I find out on another thread that he hired a bunch of Jeb Bush finance people. Really disappointed in him. I had hopes that Trump/Cruz would be a ticket this year but those hopes are pretty much dashed.
Trump had an A+ performance. The debate format of 60 seconds does not lend itself to substantive answers but Trump gave the most specifics tonight of all the candidates with regard to his platform. All Cruz and Rubio did all night was attack Trump. The moderators attacked Trump. Only Kasich was civil towards Trump.
I'm looking forward to the primaries and caucuses on Saturday. I hope that Trump cleans up and adds to his delegate lead. I'm a little concerned about Kansas but Trump should carry Louisiana, Maine and Kentucky.
First impressions count for a lot.
Kasich lost any chance of getting votes in Michigan when he disparaged Jim Harbaugh with his anti-khaki day. And other over the top cheap shots.
I can’t tell you the number of people that dispise Kasich since last November. Not to bright when you want those same people’s votes in March!

This was a night not to attack, but to ‘be presidential’.
Cruz had great moments and then he’d spoil it by attacking Trump. He doesn’t look good attacking. Trump does better attacking but it wasn’t the time to do that.
Rubio dug his grave with his “attack dog’ act.

Kasich making a mention that Cleveland’s black mayor called him for help to run his city did not endear him to black voters. My facebook feed is blowing up over it.

Pig Vomit has skeletons in his closet that the media would love to expose. His best friend in Congress and fellow sex pervert was Gary Condit. Those two went through interns like a hot knife through butter. He needs to be as far away from the GOP ticket as imaginable.
