He got on Romney’s bandwagon.
What do you consider to be his business failures?
Vodka airlines steak mortgage casinos university.
Agreed. I'm not even a Trump fan and I found the whole thing to be a sham. Unfair to single out one candidate to blast, but also unfair to the others who don't get the same amount of attention, good or bad.
The Airlines didn’t make it.
Are you talking of chapter 11 with casinos. If not, I don’t know and would have to check.
The university is a civil suit being litigated. He stands by his version and says we just have to wait for the court to decide to see who is right and who is wrong.
I don’t know about vodka and mortgage?
Even to the other candidates the questions were always “Trump said this, don’t you really feel like bashing him?”
They didn’t say, “Sen Cruz, what are the principles you’d look for in deciding on who is the replacement for Justice Scalia? How would you get a pick through a hostile senate or overcome a senate filibuster?”
Now, that’s a discussion I’d like to hear.
Exactly!!
Using current events in framing questions of the frontrunner in a political debate is hardly an ethical violation.
It’s hysterical how the supporters of the big, strong, winner have such a hard time dealing with any criticism of him.
The moderators and a political opponent of one of the candidates coordinating a political attack is an ethical violation of neutral moderating. Also, it violates ethical standards in general, so it violates journalistic standards as well.
They should have to disclose their major political activity in reporting on their station.
Fox falsely claims it is “fair and balanced” but in reality it is socially liberal/economic globalist. That is false advertising.
First of all, that’s nonsense.
Secondly, there is no evidence of “coordination” so it’s also nonsense.
Why can’t Trump fans accept that he will attract scrutiny as the frontrunner?
If he expected a coronation, he should have run in his real party, the Democrats.
There is evidence.
Fox has stated how it prepares questions. They threw this together in a few hours after Romney made a speech, and they used points from the speech.
Romney doesn’t like Trump is not ‘breaking news’.
They coordinated their attack with Romney’s.
Unethical
You do realize that Romney is not a candidate, don’t you? A news organization talking to a public figure before a debate is not a scandal.
Seriously, why is it so hard to accept that Trump will face hard questioning?
You do realize that coordinating an attack on a candidate by so-called neutral moderators is unethical, don’t you?
Coordinating with whom? Who are you alleging coordinated with whom?
What evidence is there?
You aren’t making any sense. News people talking to other political people in order to formulate questions for a debate is their job, not an ethical abuse.
Seriously. What could they ask about that was not at some point said by some other person that has some opinion about one or another of the candidates? If it’s unethical and an abuse of journalistic practices to do that, then you might as well shut down all of the news channels.
I am saying the entire pre debate coordination was by opponents of one candidate, and it included Romney. Surely you don’t think that’s ethical.
I’m pretty sure they prepared questions for all of the candidates.
And there is no evidence that Romney was present at Fox News production meetings. And if he was, so what?
You do realize Romney is not a candidate, right?
You are mad that Fox News didn’t genuflect to your candidate. That doesn’t make it unethical for them to prepare tough questions for him.
So, you think partisan attacks from fake neutral moderators is ethical?
Not very wise IMO. There are times when the proper response is to say nothing. A person with good self-control resists the temptation to speak out at every provocation. You might want to review the Book of Proverbs - Solomon told us that it is the fool who can't control his tongue.
Ive never heard the hands and penis thing that Rubio says is what everyone says. I heard feet in that regard. I wonder what kind of circles Rubio runs in???
Apparently, the same circles as Trump because the Donald knew what Rubio was talking about.
