Beet and Acorn Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup of acorn flour
1/2 cup beet puree
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of orange juice
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/8 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
Add all cookie ingredients to a food processor and process into a dough.
Preheat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Form 10-12 balls from the dough by using your hands.
Put the balls on the baking tray and make them flat by patting on them with your fingers.
Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.

Thoughts:
1) Strategically, our group did not have enough real information to mount an assault on the dish compound. A few scant drawings of the layout, and questionable knowledge of how many people were there. They should have hung out and observed the place for a while.
2) I don’t know how it will happen, but I’ll bet that Darryl will leave that place on his re-found motorcycle.
My son doesn’t think that’s the main compound.
He thinks it’s an outpost.

I think it is a satellite location.

That place was too small to be a real threat.

Yeah. No women. So, they killed nine on the road in the first episode and about 15 here. That should make a big dent.
