The guy and the gal end up realizing they've cravenly used someone, or been used, or both; they end up in mutual contempt: she bitter about him (or about all men), he disgusted with her (or all women); at the very best, the outcome is sad and disappointing.

Promiscuous sex isn't, in the end, all that satisfying. Hell, it isn't even user-friendly.
