Officials will announce Tuesday whether state troopers were justified in fatally shooting Robert "LaVoy" Finicum, a leader of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation.
Fincium, 54 was killed as police tried to arrest key figures in the refuge takeover. His death on Jan. 26 spurred claims that police acted without provocation, with some labeling his death a murder. The FBI has said Finicum was shot after he tried to elude police and reached for a gun.
The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office investigated the shooting, recently turning results over to Malheur County District Attorney Dan Morris. He was asked to oversee the investigation by Tim Colahan, Harney County district attorney, to provide an independent assessment. The shooting occurred in Harney County.
A news conference is scheduled Tuesday in Bend to release the results of the investigation. The sheriff's office hasn't released the time and place publicly, asking media to send an email to the office to attend.....

There was no emergency medical on scene. They left him there to die in the snow before checking on him.

The story YOU posted says they are scheduling a press conference. Not exactly what you do when you want to keep something “secret from the public”.

They will announce he had 15 ar15s with 10k rounds on his person at the time of being shot.

The only part of this that I will believe is that they attempted to stop the vehicle, and that Finicum is dead. All the rest is bull.
This was a government planned assassination. It is amazing no one else died.
