If a BLM rally called for shooting white people, and the white people attacked the next BLM rally, are you going to blame the white people and not the BLM movement for stirring the pot??
What a crazy logic people are using against Ted Cruz!
know what else?
I fully realize that BLM doesnt need a reason to riot, they just need an excuse, Donald gave them one, one that Ted Cruz doesnt give when he speaks.
Cruz should have just condemned the rioters, instead of trying to score cheap political points. A pox on all three of them - Cruz, Rubio and Kasich. They just ended any chance any of them had to win the nomination.
Why didn't Cruz speak those condemnations against Black Lives Matter when they were burning Ferguson and Baltimore? People in the real world are quite fed up that the likes of BLM and LaRaza are enabled to run amuck, while we're supposed to hide and pander.
Don't you see? Cruz is a tool of the globalist game.
C’Mon Man! You are obviously blissfully disingenuous or even worse to really believe your own bullhockey or that propagated by someone else just to make it easy. Since when did BLM, Occupy, CPUSA, yadda, yadda, yadda EVER need an excuse to create mayhem? But then again, if it fits your agenda, it is only the rhetoric that matters to float your favorite to the top of your favorites excrement pile?
You speak truth, my FRiend. Logic has no place/standing when it comes to criticizing Ted Cruz. w/sarc. It is all emotion - not logic. Emotion has its place, but is best channeled when coupled with logic.

You are watching the wheels come off the Ted Cruz bus....
Couple his support of the leftist thugs with his increasingly shrill false attacks on Trump and you now see the real Ted Cruz...
One who comes apart under pressure and demonstrates he’s willing to abandon his espoused principles to win....
For me it was either Cruz or Trump come November....no way I vote for Cruz now....that is how much he has alienated me with his recent statements...
so when Cruz said this:
“We will carpet bomb [ISIS] into oblivion. I dont know if sand can glow in the dark, but were going to find out,” [Ted Cruz] said at the Rising Tide Summit in Cedar Rapids.
Then if someone from isis attacks him, he has brought it on himself?
Trump is not hiring RENT A RIOTER to disturb others rallies......if most Freeps know this,
Ted surely knew....he missed a golden opportunity to once again, throw it in the media’s face....BUT NOW THEY USE HIM!
While I respect your passion sooner or later just being
a Republican is excuse enough for for plenty of these
dregs and their supporting organizations to create havoc
at campaign events. If Cruz does not experience this fact
of life in the primaries he definitely will in the
general election if he should get that far.
Heres my philosophy. The less government, the more freedom. The fewer bureaucrats, the more prosperity. And there are bureaucrats in Washington right now who are killing jobs and Ill tell you, I know who they are. I will find them and I will fire them.~~Ted Cruz
Trump has encouraged physical battery at his campaign events, even telling supporters hed pay their legal fees if they get arrested for assaulting dissenters. (See, e.g., Iowa event: So if you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of em, would you? Seriously.
Somebody THROWING anything at a person is not "dissent". It is not "free speech". It is assault.
If I see anybody preparing to THROW an object at me or mine, I am very likely to respond physically. I will not tolerate it as "speech". I doubt you would either.
In these days, you also cannot immediately be sure a red object is "just" a tomato, and not something made to look like a tomato but filled with something noxious or lethal.
The anti-American radicals organized this would-be riot long and hard. They gave their exact reasons for targeting him. No one said it was bc Trump advocates an active, not a passive, response to disruptors. No one claimed that as the reason.
The reason given is that Trump is a racist. Why is he a racist? He wants to build a wall and also advocates a moratorium on Muslim immigration. In the Left’s eyes, this makes Trump evil (modern liberalism knows no greater sin than discrimination). So evil that an array of radical leftists planned to destroy Trump’s Chicago rally.
Those are the facts.
>>> If a BLM rally called for shooting white people,
That’s a strawman. Trump’s comments were not a call to go and punch people outside of the venue of his rally’s, and they weren’t even a call to freely punch people inside of his rallies.
Here’s is how your analogy would have to be adjusted to be a proper reflection. let’s say BLM said it was holding an announced meeting only for its supporters and that no others would be welcome and would be treated to a punch in the face if they disrupt.
You decide to put them to the test. You go to their meeting, and don’t get punched. Then you take it up a notch and start shouting, “BLM sucks” and still don’t get punched. Then you start resisting your forcible removal from the venue by swinging at the removers. Now you get punched in the face.
I have no sympathy for you, even as I despise what BLM stands for.
Trump hacks don't care about reason, or issues, or consistency, or ethanol subsidies, or NSA Bulk data collection, or Eminent Domain transfer to private company abuses, or the encouraging of violent behavior by their Dear Leader.

Much of the "crazy logic" being used against Cruz is coming from his own supporters. Maybe it's not so crazy after all.
Did many, many thoughtful Ted Cruz supporters suddenly become the dupes of Trump? I doubt it.
The sad fact is that what Ted Cruz said was weak, had misplaced emphasis, and showed a distinct lack of leadership. It made him appear like a naked opportunist, and not for the first time.
If Ted Cruz wants to conflate a couple of isolated incidents at Trump rallies with the organized, criminal, Left-wing efforts to stifle the Peoples' Right to Peaceably Assemble, then he's going to have to deal with the fallout from his own supporters.
So I guess Cruz's strategy should be to tell his supporters who have taken exception that he didn't mean what he said, or that they have misunderstood something.
Ted Cruz is a lawyer who knows how to speak precisely. What he said was misguided. Plainly and simply, he knew exactly what he was doing. And He f----d up.
The only proper response to such organized thuggery would have been for the entire GOP field of candidates to stand in staunch solidarity, and to fiercely repudiate the lawlessness on display from the disruptive Left seeking to infringe on First Amendment Rights.
Instead, all 3 of the trailing candidates, acting typically, tried to make political hay out of it, and it has backfired immensely.
Once again, to reiterate: Ted Cruz is facing blowback from scads of his own supporters, and rightfully so.
