The timing to take down Trump is perfect if he doesn’t win Ohio. If he does win Ohio.......look out, gonna be a rough ride.

Yes but that was not the question I was replying to. So what is your point?

There is a dangerous shortage of freedom in this republic, but no shortage of what Trump himself has affectionately referred to the as the "poorly educated [supporters he loves]."

I heard one of Trump's Chumps calling in to Limbaugh to proudly exclaim that though he had been of voting age for some 30 years, this is the first election in which he ever bothered to vote for any candidate for any office or to even register. I'm sure Trump loves his political virgins as well.

I know, it’s sad to think that’s what people have come to.

I’ve never NOT voted in my life. I’ve held my nose a few times, but I felt better about selecting R, than nothing.

Nor do I support the concept that not voting, is a valid choice.

It’s simple math. If 20 ppl vote D, and 10 vote R & 10 stay home -— the D wins.

And regardless of how stinking bad ppl think the “R” might be, it is NOT GOING TO BE WORSE than any D. ANY D.

And that includes DJT, who despite what ppl want to say, is just not a radical left D.

Agreed but wait there’s more! Then, they whine and moan, complain to the high heavens about how awful, terrible the D who won and who could have allowed that to happen it must be some conspiracy or some Republican operative who screw the pooch and allowed the D to win ... and then when challenged about not voting call it an “urban myth” and ‘show them the proof’ so there or you are ‘just making it up along with your buddies in the MSN’ ... ad nauseum.

Right on! And then we get 8 years of Hillary saying “you people” every time she talks to us, nominating 3-4 SCOTUS, spying on us, sending the IRS after us, not addressing the VA problems, SS problems, sending ppl into harm’s way, bringing unqualified staff into the WH, holding hands with terrorists, oh—and never being held accountable for Benghazi, email-server violations, or any of her other misdeeds that would be more likely to come to light with an R in office -

But then it would also appease the GOPe, who don’t want to rock the boat, and actually have said, Hillary wouldn’t be bad for the country. (BC she goes along, to get along - like them!)

But you know—the purity of conservatism night see us through as we wring each others hands for 8 more years. If we survive that long.

signed, grr.

Its over. Time to call the race. Donald Trump will be the next president

Perhaps, but this was a poll of Republicans.. It remains to be seen how the general electorate is going to vote....

Polls are manipulated to give the result the pollster wants.

No, I wouldn’t pay attention if polls show Trump winning.

<> But I can’t take any poll that has Rubio beating Hillary!

Any conservative that chooses not to vote for Trump or Cruz (I don’t care which) with the specter of a criminal clinton or an avowed communist (sanders) hanging over us is to be pitied.
Any (so called) conservative who chooses to stay home and pout because it’s not their guy or gal, should be permanently disenfranchised.
Just my opinion; I have never missed an election since 1968, even when I had to vote absentee because I was overseas.
I know that over the last 40+ years our choices have been between crap and sh*t (with the exception of Reagan), but you still vote, even if just for the lesser of 2 evils unfortunately.
We haven’t managed to stop the COMMUNIST/PROG/LIB/SOCIALIST/TRANSNATIONAL/NWO bastards but we have managed on occasion to slow them down.
Currently we can’t kill them, but we always need to fight them, tooth and nail.

Badly - he loses - in all (at RCP) but one poll to Clinton, and in all polls against Bernie.

And what were Trumps numbers 8 months ago? General election is 8 months away, and Trump hasn't really gotten started against the Dems.

The general electorate is going to vote the way they always have; with their wallets and purses.
It remains to be seen whether there are still enough working people out the there to beat the GIMMEDATS.

Of course you do, but I’ll explain it anyway. Reagan was 30 +/- points down to Carter in the summer of 1980. The rest is history.
