Gaahh! Why don't I ever run into people selling silver bars?
Mark Dice does great work!
Years ago, around Christmas time, I offered my grandkids their choice of a new bright uncirculated 1 oz Silver Eagle or a brand new dollar bill...Just to see what they’d choose...
All but one wanted the dollar bill...They’ve all since been better educated by Gramps (me)...
All this does is make people like me, who are NEVER near guys like that, to become very angry. Thanks.
Heck, ITS FREE!!
I would have walked off with that.
Holy cow! Shocked at how many idiots wouldn’t even take a guess for a free 100 oz silver bar!
Less than 100 made and there are only a few of them left in the world.
Inquire within if you'd like to acquire it. I'll ship it to you via USPS Registered Mail, Insured the very moment your USPS money order clears my bank account.
He did a video in which he tried to give away an ounce of gold—a Krugerrand, IIRC. It was worth about $1100 at the time. People fled like Dracula before a Crucifix. The government schools are a smashing success. They were created for the purpose of churning out brainless sheeple.
I’m not sure, but I think Dice even TOLD them it was worth $1100—and they acted even more terrified.
This must be in California, most people are a special kind of stupid there.
I was in Paris with my wife and daughter. A man steps up and says, I just found this ring (gold-looking) here by you. You must have dropped it. Here. And handed me the ring and walked away.
I am puzzled. Ring looked real. Wife is spooked. I am thinking, who can I check with or give this to?
Man returns. Wife puts ring in his vest pocket and we split.
Thing is (as gramps says) when the balloon goes up you can’t take a chunk of silver or gold to Walmart to buy anything. They’ll just look at you funny. How would they determine the value based on exactly what? Would our currency be worth anything?
Silver quarters.
Known coin. Easy to distinguish from non-silver. Value will be determined by new economy.
One Second After’s sequel, One Year After, posits that the new currency becomes silver quarters and 22LR ammo. I agree.
I see silver is at 15.31 which is about 2 dollars more than a couple months ago. I think there’s a big upside yet.
Those silver quarters (if you can find them) are running around $35 each.
I buy my son a 10 Oz bar of silver every Christmas and birthday. Many cool designs are available. At age 20 he has a nice shiny nest egg building up.
we got the hershey one pound chocolate bar
No.
I buy them by the roll. You can find a roll of 40 ($10) for about $150.
That’s about $4 each, give or take.
Those are are old and worn coins. Spend $25 more and you can get a BU (brilliant uncirculated) roll of new looking coins.
Cool. I’ll have to look for it. Last Christmas I got a 10 Oz Ten Commandments.
on a side not my late father bought a bunch of physical gold and silver for y2k he just left it in his and moms safe well me and my two sister split it a couple years ago
