An optimistic headline for Cruz. Probably the last unfortunately.

Utah is a conservative state. Most there voted for the most conservative candidate, Cruz. Second place went to the less conservative candidate, Kasich. Last place went to the NY liberal.

Not a surprise.

close the gap on Donald Trump

I'm confused as to how this closed the gap. If Ted won 40 for the day and Trump won 58 for the day...didn't Trump's lead increase by 18?

Also, If Ted needed to win ~85% of remaining delegates, and every time he doesn't get 85%, doesn't the percent go up for the next primary? For instance, from here on out, would he not have to win 86%...and so forth. Is this logic wrong?

Once every state has voted then we’ll know who gets the most delegates.
Glad to see the candidates battle it out state by state.

Cruz is expert at winning when being dismissed.
Trump is learning he can’t just show up and inherit a position.

TRUMP BALLOT SECURITY PROJECT
Committee to Restore America’s Greatness PAC
FR Posted 3/19/16 by Albion Wilde

The Trump Ballot Security Project (TBSP) was formed when the main stream media reported dozens of voting irregularities in the Texas Republican primary. This ultimately totaled over 600 reports in at least six counties including Dallas County and Travis County. In virtually every case votes cast for Donald J. Trump were tallied for Senator Marco Rubio.

(NOTE:Even though @realDonaldTrump won delegates in Texas the @TedCruz- @georgepbush #RickPerry cabal is refusing to slate Trump supporters.)

The TBSP established a Toll Free number to collect further reports of voter irregularities.

Almost immediately there were over 300 complaints from Oklahoma. Only a week later the Kansas and Maine Caucuses brought hundreds of more complaints including claims of double voting by supporters of Sen. Ted Cruz.

Now we are focused on Arizona, Utah, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and California. To the extent possible, we are attempting to place trained poll watchers in those counties with a recent history of voter fraud.

The Trump Ballot Security Project is committed to investigating all complaints of voter fraud. In the event a pattern can be determined, the seating of these delegations can and will be challenged before the Credentials committee of the Republican National Convention.

We have dispatched lawyers and election law experts to all of the states mentioned above to investigate and document voter fraud. NOTE The Trump campaign is not currently devoting resources to this important function.

TBSP is a project of the Committee To Restore America's Greatness

Trump earned 16 more delegates than Cruz did. How does that “lower the gap”?

Besides the Mormon nonsense, Soros was in charge of the online voting.......What is really sad/sick though is to think the Mormons are such that they just follow along like sheep behind a nutcase like Beck and a charlatan like Romney.......

Trump’s lead went up buy 18 delegates. There are fewer delegates left so the percentage of delegates Cruz would need got even higher. How is that “closing the gap”?

And covered in slime to boot - he's toast and can now become a bitter clinger trying for a contested/brokered convention that will likely seat Hillary.

Ted Cruz is a porn distributor that provides porn to children.
Since Teds Pac sent out nude photos of Trumps wife out willy nilly everywhere in Utah where underage teenage boys and younger could have seen them isnt that providing porn to children?I have some new slogans for Rafael Cruz.

I think so too, Cruz went too far in vote grabbing when he tried to politicize the Brussells bombing for himself.

He is saying certain things at the wrong time only to get attention. He is the loose lips sink ships person of the year winner. He does not care but to get behind that desk in the Whitehouse, with all those puppet strings going up into the ceiling where the special interest groups hide. His campaign donors.

That interview with BOR last night was hilarious, after Cruz was done ordering with his list i was truly expecting Bill to respond with, “you want fries with that too?”.
