Garuntee ypu Cruz won’t sue because he doesn’t want to risk any sources coming out and supporting the claims. He also doesn’t want the media attention it would cause.
As a lobbyist that helped lil Ted during his senate bid and now his presidential run, what favors he's had to return to her and hubby's firm.

National Enquirer has been sued for malice before (Burnett v. National Enquirer, Inc.) and they lost. So you'd think they would know better than to publish false allegations of impropriety against a public figure that they just can't simply retract.

Cruz can’t sue the Enquirer for reporting a rumor. They are not reporting this as fact.
The Enquirer reported this as rumor, so there is no case to sue.

There are some attractive politicians... but Ted isn’t one of them. Donald is gross.. but he’s rich, so there will always be women who are drawn to that. But Cruz? just say ewww....
