The rules will be established by Trump and Cruz delegates prior to the first ballot or so Reince Priebus said on Hannity a few nights ago. The 2012 rules are irrelevant. or so Reince says.

"The rules will be established by Trump and Cruz delegates prior to the first ballot or so Reince Priebus said on Hannity a few nights ago."

The question remains: how dedicated are they at stopping the GOPe at all costs and not knocking each other out?

Laura was terrible here. This clown is trying to change the rules specifically to keep Trump from getting the first-ballot victory.

The convention traditionally requires a candidate to have the majority of a few (I think it was 3) states. Romney had the number of states required upped in 2012 to 8, because Ron Paul had won 7 states.

Now this guy is pushing to change it so all the candidates can be put into nomination, expressly to keep Trump from winning on the first ballot, since they know their hacks will switch to a GOPe candidate on the second ballot.

That’s why Roger Stone has been so worried about Trojan Horse Trump delegates getting named within the state parties. Although they are supposedly bound to Trump, these delegates will look to undermine him by voting for this rules change.

The GOP is totally corrupt and needs to be replaced by a completely new party.

Yeah, but the key here is that at the state level the party is managing to get its hacks in as, at least, Trump delegates. That means that even though they are bound to vote for Trump on the first ballot, they can vote for this rule change that will effectively keep Trump from reaching 1237.

Corrupt, corrupt, corrupt. And Reince Priebus (like his pal Scott Walker) is in on this.

Looks like Trump isn’t able to work with the sitting Republicans. So much for reaching across the aisle.

This guy seems off the wall. I read the 2012 rules and Haughland YUUUGEly misunderstood Rule #16.

He’s out there, prancing around for the media attention, making these “peasants don’t matter” comments, Just a fire bomber.

"The GOP is totally corrupt and needs to be replaced by a completely new party."

I thought that was obvious back when the GOP was more anxious to lynch Newt for keeping his word and balancing the budget (i.e. throttled back the flow in the pig trough) like he promised to.

But that's just me I guess.

Yes....it became more obvious to me when all the republicans who couldn’t keep their peckers in their pants outside of their marital bedrooms started parading by.

That and the cases of blatant corruption (Dennis Hastert). When they elected Boehner as Speaker, I knew the party was completely rotten.

You make a good point. A Republican molesting little boys was less upsetting to the majority of Republicans in Congress than trumped up false "Ethics" violations had been just a few years earlier.

That pretty much gave away the little secret that sex or money crimes are nothing at all compared to not going along with the standards of the club.

People like to talk about secret societies and grand conspiracies but all the while both parties are little more than organized crime families. You can tell the few people who aren't corrupt and don't turn a blind eye to the corruption of others because they get very little if any help from the party and never have the top names in the campaign business helping them out.

If people spent as much time looking into who has never had party and big name help as they do into various conspiracy theories they'd have a better handle on who really is at least as honest as anyone can be and stay in office.

The 16th and 17th Amendments have to be repealed or We The People will never regain control.

We decide. Not the stupid wacko-bird people who vote.
We will get free money. From the people who live to serve us.
We will be served. By you people who exist ONLY to please and pay us.
And if you dont like it, then we
we continue to unleash our GOP- and DNC(uniparty)-controlled-IRS against you."

That's not a terrible statement, not quite. If Trump wins 26 states and doesn't get the nomination because he's under 50% of delegates, I'm okay with that. However, if Trump wins the majority of delegates, he'd better also win the nomination.

The Republican Establishment is in overdrive destroying its support.

They do not understand that the Voters are the source of all their power and that the Voters hold them in utter contempt.

They increase this contempt every day.

If for no other reason than their stupidity in refusing to understand this, they should be stripped of their authority. But there are better reasons than that.
