I checked “IMDb” and Cybill Shepherd is listed as “gold girl” ,, Dorothy Stratten is “stage dancer (uncredited)” ,, to me it looks like Shepherd. I haven’t seen the movie in at least 20 years ,,, but Roger Corman was very good as the MC.

I have enjoyed Mr Corman's work for most of my life. Even though I clicked on this thread, it is Blood of Tyrants that I've never heard of.(ended with a preposition..curses!!)
