One of those “holy cow, he’s still around and kicking” stories, lol. How appropriate to hear about this on the day of Merle Haggard’s passing.

Every movie Corman directed or produced was done on time, under budget and never lost a dime. The last movie he directed, “Frankenstein Unbound”, starring John Hurt and Raul Julia; was quite good.

I got to meet him briefly once at a science fiction fan event.

Nice man.

About 20 years ago it was...and he had a hot babe on his arm.

Wild.

Very Cool. Pit and Pendulum, Tomb of Liegia, Attack of The Crab Monster which was on Svengoolie not to long back. Great Stuff? Maybe not for everyone, but for me anything with Price is Excellent. Live long and prosper Mr. Corman. 👿

He’s held up well for 90. He could be mistaken to be in his late sixties.

Very influential guy. Even though he worked in the horror genre he was a pioneer in techniques that others took into bigger movies.

I saw him interviewed years ago and he was asked why he so often has his victims walk down dark, deserted hallways and his response basically was, get's 'em every time!

Happy birthday Mr. Corman.

Thanks for the cheesy scary movies. Loved them growing up.
