IMHO, The Rock Hall of Fame is a tragic joke. Easily one of the best bass players to have ever played and written music in the past 50 years is Chris Squire who died last year. You may or may not like the music he was part of with Yes, but inarguably that band has over the years had some of the greatest musicians, and has produced iconic music, but they've never been inducted.
