Well, things didn't work out so well for Ted Cruz after all, did they?
Ted Cruz got less than 15%. Third place behind Kasich's 25%. You were off by about 11%. And no Congressional districts.
Seems like there were some rose-colored glasses being worn...

Trump will never carry New York in the General Election.. There are 4 times as many Democrats as Republicans..
Cruz has finished dead last, 3rd place several times and even 4th place.
Trump has finished 1st most states, 2nd in states he didnt take first, and 3rd I believe in only 1 state.
He cannot win states that actually vote in primaries, and has millions of votes less than Trump.
How exactly is Cruz going to win us the general election?

This stealth delegate crap is not unseen, nor a new manifestation.
The Frontrunner simply had them removed from the convention floor. Yup. Bodily.

This time it’s Manafort’s job to give back as good as you get, when some contender is messing with the people’s vote in every region, and against their choice for nominee.
If he ran his campaign like this every day, he would be much better off, and still lose.

I don't agree that this night belonged to Cruz. The speech is actually well written. It is very flowery but the gist of it is elusive. What is he trying to communicate other than bringing up Reagan and Kennedy? I suppose that the intent is to try and have people view him as a Reagan or Kennedy. But as Lloyd Bentsen told Dan Quayle... Sadly Cruz is no Kennedy or Reagan. And no amount of flowery language or imagery is going to turn him into either of them.
Somebody fell of the Louisiana Hayride wagon and landed on their head. Keep on dreaming!
So even haters admit he's right and he's smart.
