Your thoughtomator gadget is measuring the politic scene quite accurately. Well done.

I don't mean this in any argumentative way, but Cruz is done. He won't win. I'll not support this for security, privacy, moral, and powers of the people reasons.

I'll be looking elsewhere. All of this gets me sick.

Everyone supports abortion, abomination, and inauthenticity. The same with my denomination. We are officially Thyatira.

Come quickly Lord Jesus.

What Trump is saying is that it is not one of the crucial issue facing the nation.

The moral decline of this country and the tyranny of the politically correct left forcing their LGBT agenda on everyone and discriminating against Christians is the most important issue facing this country. If we are no longer a nation that fears God and we are a nation without a moral compass, then we are a doomed nation.

You are wrong to say that this is not a crucial issue. It is. It most certainly is at the top of the reasons our nation is in decline.

I know Cruz is toast. That doesn’t mean he isn’t right on this issue and Trump isn’t wrong. I know that if Trump had taken this insane position before South Carolina, then the whole race would have changed. He’s turning left now. He’s Romney with bad hair. He’s a narcissistic egomaniacal tyrant in waiting. But he’s the only one standing. God help us.

Ha that was my thought exactly. Trump on NBC yesterday, Manafort talking to RNC, tells anyone paying attention that Trump is the king of saying whatever he thinks will help himself.

This is a serious question, because I’m really trying to understand the Hate Cruz thing.

Trump supporters could very well be asking "why the Trump hate over every issue we disagree on?"

So Trump supports letting men (could be perverts, pedophiles, we don’t know. But we do know they have mental issues or else they would not be having their manhood removed) go to women’s bathrooms where your wife/mother/daughter/sister does her business, and you think that’s a good thing?

Given the hysteria surrounding this issue, has there been a rash of "trans" people lying in wait committing sex crimes in women's bathrooms that I'm not aware of?

Personally, I think there's something very wrong with people that are confused about or unhappy with the gender they were born to, but I don't think that being so automatically makes them dangerous or criminal.

To my knowledge, having sex reassignment surgery does not negate the physical need to use the toilet.

And you hate Cruz for not supporting it?

I don't "hate" him at all, but I do think he's a desperate politician that will do or say anything he can think of to win. I think this issue is much ado about nothing, is being exploited by Cruz to say "I'm not the same as him" and falls under the category of ridiculous.

You do realize this is a CONSERVATIVE forum, right? And the commentary was written by a liberal, right?

What you and many other Cruz supporters fail to realize is that you and your candidate have tarnished "conservatism" to the point where millions of people that have considered ourselves to be conservative for decades have gladly abandoned using the term when describing our political philosophy.

Hey, I will support Trump if I have to. And there are a lot of things to like about Trump. But I totally do not understand Cruz haters who think it’s great when Trump adopts a liberal stance on something.

I don't see anything liberal at all for not wanting to add another criminal law to the federal statutes to address a hypothetical or "possible future" or at worst, a very rare case of criminality that isn't already covered under existing laws.

Is this REALLY an issue for a presidential candidate to adopt as a platform issue?

The bathroom issue is very important, more than the wall. Did you hear Trump say illegals will be brought back in “legally”? What does that mean? What will you do when he decides the wall isn’t necessary anymore? Lap it up?

The reason we’re in decline is because we ellect people like GWB to the white house who bring in new dem voters by the millions while paying lip service on social issues. Globalists are killing us while we debate potty politics. If don’t fix that then nothing else matters.

The effect on the states is mostly the same, but the positions held could carry over into national park policies or other federal issues and even to positions held by judicial nominees.

My initial and central complaint with Cruz was eligibility. I still believe his father’s actions in 1969 rendered Cruz ineligible, IF we were talking originalism. Then his creative manipulation of language really got under my skin. I really wish even Huckabee had caught on instead. My favorite is probably Duncan Hunter, Jr.

The 3rd parties are waste of time, so where?

The big gambit, I suppose. ..an article 5 convention.

True. Trump is shifting past primary campaign mode and getting ready to dismember Hillary.

Lots of Sanders voters are going to feel ripped off. He wants them to vote Trump or stay home. Look for him to sound “reasonable” on hot button issues without really committing to any course of action.

On Hannity, he later said it was an issue for the states. That’s a pretty conservative view.

This is just more projection from Trump's supporters. The term "incredible shallowness" reflects the amount of thought Trump has put into most of his positions which is why he continues to trip over these questions.

It'sfunny that most of them are even defending the progressive writer's reasoning in this article.

This crap about bathroom access for perverts is a bullet that Trump dodged. It is not up to leaders to figure out where one can piss. It's up to the masses.

The left knows how to create a false moral value and leverage it politically against traditional norms. Even groups of normal people sit on their hands in churches while the left assaults them. In many churches, the clergy adopts the lefts mantra.

Trump has put a lot of important goals on the table. There is no point in him getting bogged down in a gotcha issue. Where are all the "conservatives " that should be in the streets tarring and feathering ESPN over Curt Shillings firing for his opinion about bathrooms?

Clearly you do not understand legal immigration.

I have a stone mason working for me who is from Mexico. Every year he goes down to Mexico and renews his one year visa through the consulate. That entitles him to come to the US to work for a year.

That is what Trump is talking about. The illegals have to go back to their country of origin and do their paperwork legally. It is that simple.

You must have missed this fantastic speech by Ted Cruz. Or course, FNC didn’t show it.

If the country goes to completely gender neutral bathroom facilities, I wonder if the liberals are going to be happy with the unintended consequences.

Every guy knows that there are some men that prove they are morons by drawing nasty graffiti, sexually explicit cartoons, and their phone numbers on the walls and stalls of toilets. And once they know that women are going to be subjected to their nasty stuff, I expect the number and filth will rocket.

You see, men are different from women in more ways than just physical characteristics. They think differently about a lot of things, but sexual attitudes are among the most common differences.

I don’t know if that sort of graffiti goes on in Ladies rooms, but if not, a lot of females, especially liberals are going to be grossed out.

The 3rd parties are waste of time, so where?

Down on our knees. And not before some man with feet of clay.

Unlike some of the economic conservatives out there, I do not believe our economic problems are going to be solved simply because we elect someone who claims to understand economics more than the other guy. Our economy is faltering and jobs are moving out and we are facing a bleak future not because of foreign competition or unfair treaties or any of that stuff. As Americans we have basically lost what was known as the "Protestant Ethic". I.e., that you don't get anything in this world that wasn't given to you by God's grace or the sweat of your own brow.

We live in a gimme gimme world where we have no connection to the God in whom our money says we trust. Americans have come to believe in Government as God and in welfare as God's work.

Our social fabric has been torn apart. Our churches have fallen into apostasy where what was previously regarded as sin is now regarded as virtue and what was previously regarded as virtue has now been delegated to a hate crime.

So yes, this bathroom issue is a YUGE deal. The LGBT perverts have taken over our churches and our schools and our governments. We refuse to take a stand against them for fear of losing our jobs or being called a bigot.

So yes, support for the LGBT agenda is THE MARK OF THE BEAST. Just look and see what happens to anyone who doesn't take that mark.

Ted lost and now just plays the part of a wrecking ball, making way for Hillary and the Uniparty. Thanks Ted.

“No, they nailed Cruz to the tee!”

They sure did. I am kind of surprised as I thought they somewhat supported Ted in the past.
