#1: State should immediately send NBA certified letter from State AG, threatening very expensive litigation, in Charlotte and cancellation of franchise owned by NC NBA team if this threat against the rights and will of the people of North Carolina is carried out. Not a transfer, but a seizure by the State of all rights, interests, etc. in team.
Could they effect such a seizure? Probably not, but it would shake some trees.
Then get on every TV news / talk program and make a very rational and pointed argument about the issue.
TELL EVERY NBA FAN THAT IF THE GO TO A GAME, THEY ARE SUPPORTING A RADICAL GAY AGENDA, AND THAT NO NBA ARENA CAN GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF ANY WOMAN OR CHILD AT AN NBA GAME.
Let the NBA seen less attendance at a came, and watch what happens.
#2: Replace with a Lee Greenwood / Toby Keith concert.

Pure theater. If the NBA was really operating by principle, they would pull their NC franchise.

The mayor of Charlotte, Jennifer Roberts, started the mess. She and a local activist were behind the ordinance - and he is a registered sex offender.
Now she is lying and saying she wasn’t warned and she had no idea there would be backlash. It’s tough to be both a liar and stupid.

Our Founders pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their honor to their cause. And here we stand debating over whether we’re willing to risk a stupid basketball game?
We’re pretty shabby heirs to their sacrifices.

Correction: make Charlotte move.

It's interesting how large corporations have become part of the engine for forcing acceptance of homosexuality on America. Yesterday, ESPN fired Curt Schilling for something he did outside of work - he posted something critical about transgenders and opposition to the bathroom law on social media. He didn't say a word about it on ESPN or as part of his job, yet he lost his job for voicing his views in opposition to trans-gender bathroom demands. And now the NBA threatens an entire state with the loss of the All-Star game in opposition to a law.
I personally feel that 'live and let live' works well as long as consenting adults are the only ones involved and no one gets hurt. But this is going far past leaving others to live their lives in peace - now simple, long-established bathroom norms are being upended. I suspect that if it were put up for a plebiscite, gay rights and transgender rights would not find nearly as much support among the people as they do among political elites and corporate elites. But America is increasingly about the powerful telling the rest of us what we should think, and punishing us if we don't.

North Carolina is doomed. They’re all gonna die! No goofy basketball game for them unless they let the perverts use da ladies room! Hrumpf! Hrumpf!

If the NBA pulls the game North Carolina should rescind its tax credits and incentives to the NBA immediately. Turn about is fair play.

Ivory towered elitists are never required to face the consequences of their demands. Do they honestly believe so called LBTG perverts are not interested in exposing their genitalia to little girls? How funky.

Liberals tend to live in bubbles they create with their intolerance to contrary views. They are always shocked when they discover consequences.

First of all, who cares about the NBA All Star Game? Secondly, how much revenue does a game like that really bring the City of Charlotte and if any, who gets it? I think one game by the Carolina Panthers probably brings in ten times the revenue.
