Video has emerged of a rousing fight a Denny's server had in the middle of the restaurant with two customers, after an argument broke out about their respective sons.
The fight was recorded inside one of the diner chain's stores in North Carolina.
The server, who is not named, is seen in the clip screaming at the man and woman who are filming: 'My son is not a bully ... get out! Get out of here now! Your son is ugly!'
The video, which first appeared on LiveLeak, goes for just 1.5 minutes, however has amassed 30,000 views since it was uploaded.
It begins with the waitress being asked by the people filming: 'So we can't eat here because your son is a bully?'
The waitress replied: 'And you are calling him a fat a--? Who is the adult?'
The server then gets even madder and starts yelling when the customers reiterate: 'You son is a fat a--.'
She later responds: 'Well your child is ugly, and you are retarded.'

No food thrown, No furniture thrown, No one was jumped by a mob, no one's wig came off, "N-Word" not used once.
So lame.
I think we need to ascertain whether, in fact, the customer’s son is an ugly fat ass.
Just sayin.
A fight at Denny’s is not news. Ask anyone who has ever worked there. Furniture-throwing brawls with full police response are a regular occurrence there, particularly after bar-closing time.
"You know, Maam, I actually have a nephew who was raised more or less the way you are raising that child..."
They will almost invariably answer: "What's he doing now?"
The reply: "He's in a federal penitentiary wishing he'd been raised properly..."
Well, naturally. And, as well, whether the customer is actually retarded. If both are the case then I say, no harm, no foul.
Our Denny’s had to close because of fights and we are in the hills.
We go to the one in Roanoke and you know not to eat there after a certain time.
Looks like the film maker was doing his best to acquire evidence for a lawsuit-including baiting tactics. She will lose her job and there will be a ‘settlement.’ Cameraman wins.
they went out of their way to set her up and bait her. it’s a shame because it seems like they’re the aggressors here. she’s behind the 8 ball because she’s working.

Everybody has to be prepared when someone confronts them or starts something so they can walk away if possible or deescalate the situation - to avoid a setup lawsuit. No joke.
The woman is struggling to support her family by waitressing at Dennys; these people came in trying to get her fired. I am sure she is not perfect, but we have several Dennys Restaurants near us and we love them. They have many items on the menu that are as cheap as going to McDonalds and much tastier. They also do what they can to cater to older folks who can’t afford much. In our area I consider them to be performing a public service.
If someone came in harassing one of the wait staff that we care about, the first thing they would have to deal with are two older customers accidentally knocking their iPhone or whatever it was and smashing it into little pieces. This was nothing but a nasty ambush.
She was being unprofessional and lost her temper and got vulgar...but the cameraman was intentionally provoking her in order to get her that way, so he’s got no reason to fuss.
Yes, I see this as a set-up.
Diners provoking the waitress relentlessly and then filming the part where the waitress losses it.
Cash cow.
The proper response to you or your child being called fat is a calm, “we can go on a diet but your ugly goes clear to the bone.”
