That happened to me also. What a freakin mess it was getting automatic payment plans worked out, especially after Visa sent the replacement to the wrong address

A credit card of mine last year was sent to my old address after I moved and the new people there evidently went ahead and used it (still being investigated; not completely clear yet who the party was that bought airline tickets to Mexico).
