That's why Ted Cruz should throw his support behind Trump, sooner rather than later...

Another strategic mistake by the arrogant billionaire rookie politician. At the moment he needs Cruz to unify, "the lyin' Canadian" has other ideas.

You’re FOS of course...Ted Cruz doesn’t hold the key to beating Clinton, Trump does.

Anyone who thinks the red states Cruz won (or stole) are going to flip in the general is certifiable.

Meanwhile look at Cruz’s low numbers in Florida, Ohio Michigan and Pennsylvania.

John Boehner agrees with you. Mike Lee sees it my way.

Never Hillary!

Correct. Not even partly dead, fully dead.

I disagree with the article that Cruz has a chance with the present set of rules. I suppose it is possible with a properly crafted set of rules changes by the GOPe, delegate interpretations in Cruz’s favor that his campaign might have a chance at reanimation. Absent that, he’s bleeding out.

That all said, I appreciate your advocacy for your candidate. I hope that you and the rest of the Cruz fans can accept his defeat with maturity, and that supporters of Trump can bring forth equal maturity to press onward and defeat Hillary.

I’m not too worried about the FR Cruz fans, it’s Cruz that I think is not going to be able to bow out gracefully.

Then you and Mike Lee are full of it.

Utah isn’t going to flip for Hillary if Trump is the GOP nominee and everyone knows it. There isn’t a single red state Cruz won that won’t vote GOP in the fall.

Cruz brings nothing to the table and Trump would be well advised to treat him like the venomous snake he truly is.

Last try with you my FRiend. My points are:

1) The first opponent this year is the GOPe, and the best way to beat them is a united conservative outsider team. That’s Trump and Cruz. United.

2) Hillary is more beatable with a United conservative team.

3) None of the above is possible unless conservative outsiders, including FR, unites and stops the crapola.

He’s serving a bit too much kool-aid, but he’s just being a bit too exuberant for his candidate.

I’ve seen far worse, haven’t seen him as a #nevertrump, and like you say, he’s someone with a great FReep heritage.

Sorry, I should have added, ‘no one with any sense’ likes Cruz.

Lol...first Ted Cruz gets the political beating of his lifetime which he may or may not survive.

The sooner he throws in the towel the better his chances are, but right now the magic eight ball says...there is no place for Ted Cruz in a Trump administration.

Yeah, he is. But way back when he said he was going to support Cruz, so he is indeed a man of his word.

I loved him before this unfortunate primary, and I’m going to love him after.

Cruz is not only not going to be President, he won’t hang onto his seat in Texas, as a politician he is done, finished.
