He skips over 1237 and goes directly to 1471 which is Bing’s forecast for Trump going into the convention.
CNN is showing him at 1147...I have him at 1150 because CNN is waiting on the last 3 unbound delegates in WV to become clear.
So, CNN shows him lacking 90, I show him lacking 87.
I believe he gets all of Oregon and Washington in the next two weeks, which is another 72 delegates.
He will go into June lacking only bout 15 delegates for the victory and on June 7th he is going to blast past the needed number to as high as a total of 1,450 or more in my opinion.

Before Iowa, I predicted Trump at 1,300 ish delegates even though he was not my choice. I have not seen any reason to move off of that number.

Cruz should QUIT, release his delegates, and stop any further activities to steal delegates or have any role at the convention. He lost, it is over, and he needs to simply go home (presuming Heidi will let him).

LOL. At this point it would be more than mischief. It would be absolute theft and contrary to the rules. It would also be total political suicide on a scale never seen before.
But, Karl Rove said this would NEVER happen. Is it possible he is the one who got it wrong? He does have lots of company. I can’t think of a primary season where so many got so much wrong. Many flocks of crows are in danger.
Only if the candidate actually completely ends his campaign and releases the delegates. Otherwise on the first ballot they have to vote for whom they are committed to.
