To my knowledge there is no test that can determine whether or not a person is high on marijuana so I’d say the question is moot unless an accused person states that he or she was high on marijuana.

It varies from person to person, but it can take up to a month (heavy user) after smoking weed to pass a whiz quiz. If you smoke once or infrequently, most people can pass in a week. The reason it takes so long is the metabolites are stored in your body fat.
Well, THC-detecting blood tests don’t exactly measure whether the person is “high” but they are very common.
Consider yourself educated. They are easily obtainable and done frequently.
