Watch out the drugatarians and “victimless crime” crowd are coming with torches and pitchforks. Never even look like your getting between an addict and their fix.
You deserve the torches and pitchforks. Thanks to brainwashed idiots like yourself, over a trillion dollars has been completely wasted and millions of lives ruined over Prohibition, even though all the consequences were clearly predictable beforehand thanks to our experience with alcohol prohibition.
And in part, it’s your fault. In pursuing your can’t-mind-your-own-business nanny state crusade you do more evil than any pot smoker.
The war on drugs is a miserable failure.
My husband and I voted for marijuana legalization in Washington state and so did tons of conservatives, including many who had been directly involved in the failed war on drugs - sheriffs, etc.
What the police bring to me at work in many states where I have worked, night after night after night, are drunks from behind the wheel. Not pot smokers.
Certainly you know that pot does not create "addicts" who need a "fix", as it is not an addictive substance that requires more and more of the substance to get high.
In fact, the opposite is true. It's called reverse tolerance.
