Problem with all that you suggest is that THEY, those in Congress would have to write these laws and put them into effect. They are NOT about to do away with their own jobs. Nope, as much as we would like too, and great idea you have, the scum in Sodom on the Potomac is not going to take one step to do away with anything that might take one little jot and tittle away from their pie.

The only potential for doing it would ultimately be an Article V convention . . . and even then, it might have to have a grandfather clause which would mean that I wouldn’t see it take effect in my lifetime.
