More than a decade after he was first accused of sexual misconduct, Bill Cosby will go to trial.
Pennsylvania judge found enough evidence during a hearing Tuesday to proceed with a criminal trial. Cosby's next court date will be July 20; it's not clear when his trial will start.

Who accepts pills from people and takes them without knowing what they are?!?
This is why I’ve never joined the Cosby lynch mob, these stories just don’t make rational sense when you actually read them.

Criminals usually don’t have much of a choice. If they are offered immunity, they may lose ability to invoke the 5th amendment to avoid testifying. Then, if they don’t answer questions, they can be tossed in jail for contempt until they do answer.

Crosby strayed from the Democratic Plantation and told blacks that they need to put their own house in order in regards to unwed mothers, absentee fathers, crime, drugs, welfare, etc. That’s why he is being demonized. If he hadn’t strayed, this would not be happening. It’s a warning to others who might consider straying. But as one of the masters of the Democratic Plantation, Bill Clinton will never be held accountable for all his sex crimes.

Every story on the Cosby case will remind women about who the Clintons really are.
but the truth is that many complex cases (like RICO stuff) relies on some people to take the deals offered in exchange for their testimony and without it they cannot get to the big fish. Take that off the table by prosecuting people anyway and once word gets around it will be stone silent on the stand. Sure you'll put away some grunts you caught red handed but you won't unravel the network.
And slick will be standing trial when?

In Cosby’s case, the role of his wife, Camille, may well have played a role as an accessory. As this plays out, the American electorate will see more deeply the parallels between the Cosbys and the Clintons.

It may not matter. They can grant you immunity whether you accept a deal or not, and then you are painted into a corner.

No, but they can put you in jail for contempt if you try to invoke the 5th when you already have immunity, since testifying can’t incriminate you.

So it would seem that Hitlery will stand behind and defend any sexual predator named Bill. She is such an equal-enabler! Black Bill and White Bill - they’re both perfectly fine in her books.
