As far as I know just about every state still has it on their books that it is illegal to use a bathroom not designated for your sex.

I get so confused. Hell, I stay confused. Is a “transgendered woman” a man turned into a woman or a woman turned into a man? If a woman changes into a man I would call that a “transgendered woman”. Then again, if a man changes into a woman that, too, could be called a “transgendered woman”. In other words, what is “it” in the present day?
