The RIGHTS OF The UNBORN [Constitutional Challenge to Roe v Wade]
Priests For Life ^ | n/a | Fr. Clifford Stevens

PREFACE The constitutional issues raised by Roe v. Wade have never had, a public airing and the public debate on the subject has turned on philosophical rather than legal issues. This study attempts to bring into focus some of the constitutional issues involved, but by no means exhausts them. it is merely an overview of a totally new development in constitutional law, a development that could be labeled embryonic law.

That development was opened by the Roe v. Wade decision, as the issue of civil rights was opened by Plessy v. Ferguson, workers' rights by Lochner v. New York, and children's rights by Hammer v. Dagenhart.

The question now before the judiciary is the rights of the unborn, and this study links the question of the unborn with major constitutional issues of the past, setting the stage for the emergence of Embryonic Law. I am convinced that any future public discussion of the subject must face squarely the constitutional questions. A few of these questions are highlighted in this book.

Memorial Day. Honoring those who died for the lives of the people beside them and the constitution that protects the right to life.

The Biblical consequence for child sacrifice is invasion and conquest.

I do not like to tell you this but, if are not born, or not born yet, you are not a citizen with rights.

not a citizen with rights.

Animals are not citizens either but they have PETA and other wackos to speak for them.

Bald Eagles that have not hatched shouldn’t be protected? Etc......

Just like a slave in 1857.

If human DNA can prove your innocence in a murder case (Innocence Projects have done so many times) or prove the perpetrator of a rape, then why is not DNA used to prove the HUMANITY AND citizenship of a person whose mother and father are United States citizens?

I do like to tell you that the first right above all others is the right to life itself.

Its in that thing called the Declaration of Independence.

From what new age philosopher did you determine that unborn humans are not entitled to life?
