And if not making shore off Miami, they've been entering this country through Mexico via Brownsville TX and the immigration office there..........

There were a group of Cubans that went to central America to gain entry to the US. The question is why would they go there? Is there any connection?
In the article below it states that there was a crackdown on human smugglers leaving a large group of Cubans “stranded”.
